Country Profile

You’ll find us off the coast of mainland South East Asia, east of Vietnam and north of Indonesia. Geographically we’re divided into the areas of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Our capital, the city of Manila, is in Luzon.

We’re also made up of more than 7,000 islands. Some have grown into cities. Some are the epitome of tropical dreams. Some are a diver’s paradise. Some are just long enough to lay down on and get a tan.
